Entrepreneurs such as Kerstin Rapp-Schwan (Schwan Restaurants, Duesseldorf/Neuss), Patrick Ruether (Bullerei, Hamburg), Anja Hirschberger (AML Invest) and Thomas Mack (Europa-Park) have their say, as do service employees, chefs, bartenders, trainees and temporary workers who all get to tell their inspiring stories.
In close cooperation with the BBS agency, food photographer Klaus Einwanger and his team developed more than a hundert photographic and filmic toolkits that are available for download to all gastronomic establishments. They can be watched on social media, on numerous websites, as cinema trailers, TVC and at trade fairs such as Internorga.
"It's really about getting as many participants as possible," Tim Raue, for example, appeals to the industry. "Because the topic of ›employees‹ affects us all!"
We were able to rock the production of the campaign imagery and films, including a TVC and cinema trailer, in three days, at four locations and six sets with over sixty people involved in the production.
