“Taxi Drivers I Written in Their Faces” recognized by the International Photography Awards

The world renown photo competition „International Photography Awards (IPA)“ announced that Klaus Maria Einwanger’s photo book “Taxi Drivers I Written in Their Faces” was awarded with an Honorable Mention in the category Book Documentary by a professional.

Klaus Maria Einwanger: “I feel honored to have received this recognition. The competition in this field is rightly dominated by colleagues covering the ongoing war in Ukraine and other conflicts. “Taxi Drivers I Written in Their Faces” has quite a different focus and I am grateful it struck a chord with jurors.”

The book, with contributions by Ute Lemper and Jim Jarmusch, among others, was curated by Sonya Winterberg and designed by Christian Grundl.
